Supporting Human Resources Development

New material technology cource: We hold courses to comprehensively study new material process technology and three dimensional digital engineering from higher prospective view.

Manufacturing core personal development courses (basics): We hold courses for core personals of transportation equipment manufacturing industry to systematically study the basic engineering from industry oriented perspective with various view.

Factory management skill improvement program: We hold courses to train personals for total management of factory improvement through a recognition of factory real positioning from wide viewpoint.

Original product development program: We hold educational seminars for “business design management” to focus on a role of design in the broad sense in the overall making things process and seminars to practically study processes from product planning to sales development.

Supporting Business Start-up and Secondary Start-up

Business Start-up and Support Program: We newly open ‘Hamamatsu entrepreneurs cafe’ as supporting contact in July of 2015. We encourage cooperation among industry, academia, government, and financial institutions in the Hamamatsu region, facilitating community-wide support from the discovery of hopeful entrepreneurs to the development of entrepreneurs and venture companies.

Supporting Use of Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property Courses and Lectures: We hold lectures on the utilization of corporate intellectual property and intellectual property workshops for beginners.

Patent, Etc., Application Support Subsidy: We subsidize some of the costs of applying for patents, utility models, and designs in and outside Japan.

Supporting New Business Development

Open innovation Hamamatsu establishment assistant program: We carry out to hold forum, theme search, business matching, technological advice. Furthermore, we partially support a cost for business development study toward new technology and new products.

Subsidy for feasibility study toward domestic business development: We partially support a cost for business feasibility study for new technology oriented business and marketing development in 6 growing business fields.

Research development assisting program sponsored by national government and the like: As a management corporation for programs such as the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’ s Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program(Supporting Industry Program), we provide support from proposal arrangement through realization and commercialization of R&D results.

Regional innovation strategic promotional program(Hamamatsu・Higashi Mikawa Life photonics Innovation): Coordinators locate technology seeds and support speedy commercialization, in order to turn into new basic industry four next-generation industries(next-generation technology for transportation equipment, new agriculture, health and medicine, and light energy) into key industries. Supporting Market Development

Trade show Support Subsidy System: We subsidize some of the cost for exhibitions in and outside Japan (excluding those in Shizuoka Prefecture).

Individual exhibition for Specified Manufacturers: We hold trade show where companies can go to major manufacturers and pitch their technology and products.

Overseas business development supporting business: We partially support a cost for preliminary research and feasibility study to establish overseas representative offices for marketing development in ASEAN region. In addition, we share a cost for rental offices as new business bases in ASEAN region.

Local industry assistance: We support various intiatives by the textile industry and others, such as exhibition at trade fairs and development of new products.
